Every quarter, Resort Beaches Women in Business recognizes a member of their organization for being a community leader and a role model for women business owners. The person chosen is named the Resort Beaches Women in Business “Diva Acheiva”. The Diva Acheiva is nominated by members of the organization and is then reviewed by a committee of veteran Diva Acheiva’s.

Teresa “T.C.” Cason, REALTOR®, MBA and managing partner of the Realty with Heart team of Realty Executives-Bay Coast in Rehoboth Beach won the first quarter title of Diva Acheiva. Cason, known for her “Community is Key” philosophy was nominated for her generous contributions to the community and her commitment and dedication to the real estate industry. Along with the title, Cason also received a flower arrangement from Bayberry Flowers, a gift certificate to Beautiful Foods and a gift bag from Resort Beaches Women in Business. As Diva Acheiva, Cason will have the opportunity to host a networking event where she will share her business experiences and industry expertise to a group of peers.
