Local REALTORS® known as the Realty With Heart Team have joined Keller Williams Realty at the Beach Market Center in Lewes, Delaware. Known for their “Community is Key” philosophy, Realty With Heart is a team of individuals that remain closely involved with the community in which they are selling. The team involves Teresa “T.C.” Cason, REALTOR®, SRES, ABR, MBA and managing partner of the Realty With Heart team, Deb Griffin, REALTOR® and newest member Jeff Ide, REALTOR®. The team members have all vowed to contribute 5% of their monthly commissions to the charity or cause in which they are most passionate. Teresa Cason contributes to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Sussex County, Deb Griffin to Safe Haven Animal Sanctuary of Sussex County and Jeff Ide will begin contributing 5% of his monthly commissions to the Lance Armstrong Foundation. Aside from their regular monetary contributions, each team member is actively involved with their respective charities volunteering much of their personal time as well.
