REALTOR® Jeff Ide of the Realty With Heart Team of Keller Williams Realty at the Beach Market Center in Lewes, Delaware has partnered with Brittany Beyer of Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, in putting together a Cancer Survivors Cookbook. The Cancer Survivors Cookbook will be a compilation of 500 recipes collected from survivors, their family members, caretakers, friends or from those who wish to contribute for one who has lost their battle with the disease.

The Cancer Survivors Cookbook is Beyer’s Senior Project and upon completion of the collection of the recipes and the final composition, Beyer will offer the cookbook for sale in hopes of raising $10,000 to be donated to various Cancer related charities. Ide, a close family friend and survivor has volunteered to assist Beyer with the collection of recipes. Ide has set a goal to collect 100 recipes for the Cancer Survivors Cookbook and has already reached 70% of his goal. “I have found out through personal experience that fighting Cancer is something that no one can do alone,” stated Ide. “I am asking your help not only to reach my goal, but to assure that Brittany reaches hers. Brittany could have chosen to do anything for her senior project and I think that her decision to assist such a worthy cause is very admirable and she should be commended for this undertaking.”

Ide joined the Realty With Heart Team as an assistant to Teresa Cason, who is managing partner and founder of the team. Known for their “Community is Key” philosophy, Ide, like his fellow team members has vowed to contribute 5% of his monthly commissions to his favorite charity, Lance Armstrong Foundation. Aside from his monetary donations, Ide is closely involved with the foundation and assists with many fundraisers and events that contribute to Cancer research.
