Lewes, Delaware, September 28, 2007: Teresa “TC” Cason, manager of the Realty With Heart Team welcomed Valerie Vander Putten to her talented team of REALTORS® at Keller Williams Realty at the Beach Market Center in Lewes. Valerie started her real estate career more than 3 years ago in South Central Pennsylvania upon graduation from Penn State College in Middletown. Immediately following completion of her real estate licensing courses, Valerie joined the Jack Gaughen Real Estate Team and gained knowledge and experience working with the #1 agent in the office. A year later, Valerie moved to Sussex County in pursuit of a change of scenery and a chance to learn about the real estate market in the surrounding resort towns. While working towards achieving her Delaware real estate license, she was able to find employment at a local agency as an office manager for a very successful agent. This was just the beginning of her successful, Delaware real estate career.

Valerie has since decided to join the Realty With Heart team of Keller Williams Realty at the Beach Market Center. Valerie was most attracted to the team because of their commitment to the local community. As a member of the Realty With Heart team, each member is asked to commit to their local charity and they must pledge to donate a percentage of each commission to that particular organization. Valerie will be supporting the Lewes / Rehoboth chapter of Meals on Wheels.
Valerie is dedicated to her real estate career and will continue to take classes to become an even more effective REALTOR®. She will act as a Buyer’s Agent for the Realty With Heart team where she will assist buyers in the purchase process; thus, ensuring a buyer centric focus throughout the buyer process.
