Lewes, Delaware, December 20, 2007: On Thursday, December 13th, Keller Williams Realty at the Beach Market Center located on Savannah Road presented awards and honors to some of their team members for their outstanding performance. The Realty With Heart Team was honored with two of the awards presented. First, Valerie Vander Putten of the Realty With Heart Team was named “Rookie of the Year” at Keller Williams for 2007. Valerie joined the Realty With Heart and Keller Williams teams in August. Having been in real estate for over three years, Valerie was fairly new to the area but quickly proved herself as a successful and efficient REALTOR®. “Valerie knew the importance of learning the territory that she was trying to sell. She would block off time to just drive around and explore the county. I was extremely impressed with my new team member’s dedication to our team and to our customers,” stated T.C. Cason, manager/owner of the Realty With Heart Team. As a member of the Realty With Heart team, each member is asked to commit to their local charity and they must pledge to donate a percentage of each commission to that particular organization. Valerie is a supporter of the Lewes / Rehoboth chapter of Meals on Wheels.

The second award was received by the Realty With Heart team as a whole for being the top sales and listing team for Keller Williams Realty at the Beach Market Center for 2007.
