The Realty With Heart team, of Realty Executives - Bay Coast, together with National City Mortgage is offering Homebuying 101, a free class for first time homebuyers, on Thursday, October 12, in Georgetown, Delaware at the Sussex County Association of REALTORS® building located at 23407 Park Avenue. Doors will open at 6:00pm and the class will begin at 6:30.

The class will be presented by Deb Griffin, REALTOR® and Teresa “T.C” Cason, REALTOR®, MBA, (managing partner) of Realty With Heart and Kim Crawford, Branch Manager, National City Mortgage. “This is the largest purchase we make in our lives”, said Griffin, “and we’re never taught about it in school, or any other time. In working with first time homebuyers, I’ve found they often don’t know what questions to ask. This class will help them make more informed decisions.” “People are often afraid to approach realtors with questions for fear of feeling pressured,” stated Cason. “Our goal is to educate, we want them to ask questions and feel comfortable and confident in their decisions.” With years of combined real estate and mortgage experience, you can be confident that Deb Griffin, Teresa “TC” Cason and Kim Crawford will be capable of answering all of your first time home buying questions.

The class is designed to cover all the steps of the home purchase process, including, “Where to Start?” “Rent or Buy?” “Choosing the Right Agent”, “Credit Scoring and Credit Repair”, $1000 moves you in!” (Qualified 1st time home buyers) and much more.

Space is limited to 35 participants, however, if an overwhelming response is received, an additional class will be offered in the near future. Realty With Heart and National City Mortgage plans on offering education seminars on a quarterly basis. All attendees will be entered into a drawing for a free TV.
