Due to overwhelming interest, the Realty with Heart team, of Realty Executives - Bay Coast, together with National City Mortgage will again be offering Home Buying 101, a free class for first time homebuyers. This class is scheduled for Saturday, November 11 and will be held at National City Mortgage at 20246 Bay Vista Road in Rehoboth. The class will be available on a first come first serve basis; doors will open at 11:30a.m. and the class will begin at noon.

The class will be presented by Teresa “T.C” Cason, REALTOR®, MBA, (managing partner) of the Realty with Heart team and Kim Crawford, Branch Manager, National City Mortgage. “This is the largest purchase we make in our lives”, said Realty with Heart team member, Deb Griffin, “and we’re never taught about it in school, or any other time. In working with first time homebuyers, I’ve found they often don’t know what questions to ask. This class will help them make more informed decisions.” “People are often afraid to approach realtors with questions for fear of feeling pressured,” stated Cason. “Our goal is to educate, we want them to ask questions and feel comfortable and confident in their decision making.” With years of combined real estate and mortgage experience, you can be confident that Teresa “TC” Cason and Kim Crawford will be capable of answering all of your first time home buying questions.

The class is designed to cover all the steps of the home purchase process, including, “Where to start?” “Rent or buy?” “Choosing the right agent”, “Credit scoring and credit repair”, $0 moves you in!” (Qualified 1st time home buyers) and much more.

Space is limited to 30 participants, however, if an overwhelming response is received, an additional class will be offered in the near future.
