Mary Ann Slinkman, known for her slogan “I Sell Real Estate for Food”, began her real estate career in Washington DC in 1997. She was ranked the highest rookie producer during her first year. Slinkman has since moved to Rehoboth where she still maintains licenses in Maryland and Delaware. Slinkman’s community passion is Meals on Wheels. She is on the Board of Directors and can often be seen driving and delivering meals to homebound seniors in the area.

Although recently licensed, Deb Griffin has been active in the real estate industry for the past twelve years. Griffin has worked as an office manager for a builder, an architect and a prestigious real estate firm in Washington DC. Aside from business, Griffin has a true love of animals. She is committed to the Safe Haven Animal Sanctuary, a nonprofit, “no-kill” facility under construction in Sussex County that offers shelter to neglected cats and dogs and also pledges to provide a permanent home for un-adoptable pets.
